Documents

Many of the documents you must complete will have been done during the initial livesign pack you completed at the very start of the journey. However more may follow in later stages and these will show up in the Documents section.

Due date

The due date countdown is labeled on the document listing and also at the top of the document detail page. It’s important you complete the document by the due date as quite often these are blocking your Conveyancer from moving onto the next step.

Completing a document

Documents that need to be either acknowledged or signed will be completed via our partner platform: livesign in the same way you completed your original onboarding pack.

Some documents are required to be printed out and signed in front of a witness. For these documents you will need to take a photo of the signed documents and upload via the chat facility.

Re-doing a document

If you see an incomplete document show up that you think you have done already, the reason is likely that it was done incorrectly and your Conveyancer requires that you do it again.

Please check in with your Conveyancer to see what the original error was.
